Commonwealth Ave. <br />January 8, 2020 <br />businesses selling alcohol and Chapter 15.70.010 authorizes the Planning Commission to review <br />and take action on a CUP request based on the findings contained in Section 15.70.040. <br />PUBLIC OUTREACH <br />On December 23, 2019, the City sent a Public Hearing Notice to a total of 150 property owners <br />and site addresses within a 300 -foot radius of the project site, and posted two Public Hearing <br />Notices on the property on December 26, 2019. Notice was published in the Fullerton News <br />Tribune on December 23, 2019. The notice was also posted on the City's website and at the <br />Maintenance Services Department, Main Library, Museum Center and City Hall on the Public <br />Notice Boards.
