FULLERTON PLANNING COMMISSION <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />PROJECT REFERENCE NO.: PRJ18-00408 <br />Tentative Parcel Map and Major Site Plan —1710 Vista Lomitas Place <br />The City of Fullerton encourages the public to participate in the decision-making process. The <br />following notice is being provided so that you can ask questions, make comments, and stay <br />informed about projects that might be important to you. We encourage you to contact us prior to <br />the Public Hearing if you have any questions. <br />Meeting Time and Date <br />This matter will be heard on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. by the Planning Commission <br />in the Fullerton City Council Chamber, 303 W. Commonwealth Avenue, Fullerton, CA 92832. <br />What Is The Proposed Project? <br />The property owner requests approval of a tentative parcel map to subdivide one parcel into two parcels, <br />one parcel measures 56,290 square feet (1.29 acres) and the other parcel measures 20,635 square feet <br />(0.47 acres). The project includes a Major Site Plan application for the future construction of a single- <br />family residence. The agenda contains links to the staff report and other informational materials <br />for each agenda item. <br />Plannina Commission Action Items <br />The Fullerton Planning Commission will consider whether to approve PRJ18-00408, including a tentative <br />parcel map TPM 2020-109 (SUB18-00004) for a two lot subdivision, and a Major Site Plan (ZON18- <br />00078) for the future construction of a single-family residence on property located at 1710 Vista Lomitas <br />Place. The project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA) per CEQA Guidelines 15315 - Minor Land Divisions.
