FULLERTON CITY COUNCIL <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />Zoning Map Amendment to change the zoning of the property at 751 <br />East Bastanchury Road from Oil -Gas (O -G) to Planned Residential <br />Development — Infill (PRD -1) <br />The City of Fullerton encourages the public to participate in the decision-making process. The <br />following notice is being provided so that you can ask questions, make comments and stay <br />informed about projects that might be important to you. We encourage you to contact us prior to <br />the public hearing if you have any questions. <br />Meeting Time and Date <br />This matter will be heard on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. by the City Council in the Fullerton <br />City Council Chamber, 303 West Commonwealth Avenue, Fullerton, CA 92832. <br />What is the Proposed Project? <br />On February 4, 2020, the City Council approved a General Plan Revision, Tentative Tract Map, Major Site <br />Plan and Certification of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for a new 33 -unit residential development at 751 <br />East Bastanchury Road.
