<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011-07 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, PROHIBITING PARKING <br />ON ALMIRA AVENUE, WITHOUT A VALID CITY ISSUED <br />PARKING PERMIT <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON HEREBY <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the parking of vehicles on Almira Avenue, is hereby restricted to vehicles <br />displaying a valid parking permit, issued in accordance with Section 8.44.230 of <br />the Fullerton Municipal Code, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Non- <br />school days and Holidays exempt. <br /> <br />2. That Resolution No. 7806 dated May 3, 1988, pertaining to 2-hour parking and in <br />conflict with said resolution, is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br /> <br />3. The Director of Engineering is hereby directed to install signs giving notice of <br />said restriction at said location. <br /> <br />4. When signs are in place, no person shall park a vehicle within these limits unless <br />the vehicle displays a valid parking permit issued by the City of Fullerton. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE FULLERTON CITY COUNCIL on February 1,2011. <br /> <br />0CYl~.J ~/&)/f;;~1 <br />F.
