Upon payment of the purchase price, they become the <br />property of the purchaser and may not be returned for refund. <br />You may access the plans through the following website under Public Planroom: <br />www.crplanwell.com <br />For help accessing and ordering, please contact a Planwell Administrator at 714.424.8525. <br />Sealed Proposals for HILLCREST PARK— DUCK POND RENOVATION, in accordance with the <br />Plans and Specifications, will be received at the office of the City Clerk, Fullerton City Hall, 303 <br />West Commonwealth Avenue, Room 104, Fullerton, CA 92832 until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, <br />March 11, 2020, and shortly thereafter on this same day, they will be publicly opened and read <br />in the City Council Chambers. <br />No Bid will be accepted unless it is made on a Bid Schedule form furnished by the Public Works <br />Department, Engineering Division contained within the Specifications. <br />Bids are required for the entire work as described below: <br />The work shall consist of, but not be limited to: clearing and grubbing, concrete removal, <br />grading, hardscape improvements, fencing, site amenities, site lighting, irrigation, <br />planting, and all related work. <br />The time of completion of contract shall be 60 working days plus 90 calendar maintenance period <br />as defined in the Standard Specifications for Public Works, 2015 Edition. Liquidated Damages, <br />as defined in the referenced specifications, Section 6-9, shall be $2,000 per day. <br />The Engineer's estimate for this project is $880,000. <br />The City intends to issue a Notice to Proceed on or before May 18, 2020. Contractor will take full <br />responsibility for completing all precursory requirements necessary for this issuance. Contractor <br />shall take note of the following dates and complete all milestones by close of business. <br />March 11, 2020 <br />Bid Opening <br />April 7, 2020 <br />City award of Contract to Lowest Responsible Bidder <br />By April 28, 2020 <br />Contractor to submit agreement, bonds, insurance documents, WPCP <br />
