The project is categorically exempt from the provisions <br />of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301(e) — <br />Additions to Small Structures. Action of the Zoning Administrator is final unless appealed. <br />The City has equipment and services available to assist disabled persons with communications at the public meeting <br />in compliance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
