OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON.THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON DOES ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:SECTION 1: No person driving or in control of or in chargeof a motor vehicle shall permit it <br />to stand on any street, or high-way unattended when upon any grade exceeding three percent withinany business or residential district of the City of Fullerton, with-out blocking the <br />wheels of said vehicle by turning them againstthe curb or by other means.SECTION 2: Any person violating any provision of thisordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon <br />convic-tion thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding Three Hun-dred Dollars $300.00) or by imprisonment in the County Jail of theCounty of Orange for a term of not exceeding <br />three months or byboth such fine and ImDrlsonment.SECTION 3: The City Clerk of the City of Fullerton shallcertify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the sameto be published <br />once in the Daily News Tribune, a daily newspaperof general circulation printed and published in the City of Ful-lerton; and thirty 30) days from and after its final passage,the same <br />shall be in full force and effect.I, CARRIE D.
