IN THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA.THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON DOES ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:SECTION 1: Except as hereinafter provided, it shall beunlawful for any person, firm <br />or corporation to operate anycommercial vehicle as now defined, by Section 54- of the VehicleCode of the State of California, which has a gross weight of4,000 pounds or more, upon any <br />portion of Cannon Lane betweenHarvard Avenue and Luanne Avenue, Virginia Road between HarvardAvenue and Luanne Avenue, Frances Avenue between Cannon Laneand Skyline Drive, Luanne Avenue <br />between Cannon Lane and SkylineDrive, and Skyline Drive between Virginia Road and Luanne Avenuein the City of Fullerton, California.SECTION 2: This ordinance does not apply to nor prohibitthe <br />operation of passenger vehicles or commercial vehicles makinglocal pickups or deliveries upon the streets hereinabove referredto.SECTION 3: Any person violating any provision of thisordinance <br />shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon con-viction thereof shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding ThreeHundred Dollars f300.00) by imprisonment in the County Jail notto <br />exceed ninety 90) days or by both such fine and imprisonment.SECTION 4: The City Clerk of the City of Fullerton shallcertify to the passage of this ordinance and cause the same tobe <br />published once in the Daily News Tribune, a dally Newspaperof general circulation, printed and published in the City ofFullerton and thirty 30) days from and after its final passagethe <br />same shall be in full force and effect.I, CARRIE D.
