We encourage you to contact us prior to <br /> the Public Hearing if you have any questions. <br /> Meeting Time and Date <br /> This matter will be heard on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. by the Planning Commission in <br /> the Fullerton City Council Chamber, 303 W. Commonwealth Avenue, Fullerton, CA 92832. <br /> What is the Proposed Project? <br /> The project applicant, University House Fullerton LLC, is requesting a modification to a Conditional Use <br /> Permit (CUP) that was approved in 2013. This CUP allowed restaurants that serve alcoholic beverages <br /> to locate in approximately two-thirds of the ground floor retail tenant spaces, and further specified the <br /> allocation of space based on type of license from the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control <br /> (ABC). The applicant is now seeking approval for additional restaurant space licensed by ABC to serve <br /> alcoholic beverages. The property is located at the northwest corner of Commonwealth and East <br /> Chapman Avenues. <br /> Why Am 1 Receiving This Notice? <br /> You are receiving this notice because you live, work, or own property within 300 feet of the project site. <br /> You are invited to attend the public hearing, or to ask questions or make comments prior to the public <br /> hearing. Please refer to the back of this notice for a site map.
