Commonwealth Avenue, Fullerton, CA 92832. <br /> What Is the Proposed Project? <br /> On behalf of property owner Simon Collier, Fullerton Heritage requests Historical Landmark designation <br /> for property located at 224 Malvern Avenue. A corresponding General Plan Revision is requested to <br /> amend The Fullerton Plan - Table 6, to add the property to the City of Fullerton's Local Register of <br /> Historical Resources. <br /> Whv Am I Receiving This Notice? <br /> You are receiving this notice because you live, work, or own property within 300 feet of the property <br /> requesting a landmark designation. You are invited to attend the public hearing, or to ask questions or <br /> make comments prior to the public hearing. Please refer to the back of this notice for a site map.
