DOMER, CITY MANAGER <br />PREPARED BY:MEG McWADE, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR <br />DAVID GRANTHAM, SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER <br />SUBJECT:CERTIFICATION OF FUNDING AVAILABILITY AND <br />COMMITMENT TO PROJECTS IN THE FEDERAL <br />TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />SUMMARY <br />Submit project list (previously authorized and constructed projects) and certify project <br />funding for the Orange County Transportation Authority’s (OCTA) 2021 Federal <br />Transportation Improvement Program (FTIP)as required. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Adopt Resolution No. 2019-XX. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-XX –A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, WHICH CERTIFIES THAT THE CITY OF FULLERTON <br />HAS THE RESOURCES TO FUND THE PROJECTS IN THE FEDERAL FISCAL YEARS <br />2020-21 –2025-26 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND AFFIRMS <br />ITS COMMITMENT TO IMPLEMENT ALL PROJECTS IN THE PROGRAM <br />PRIORITY POLICY STATEMENT <br />This item matches the following Priority Policy Statements: <br />Infrastructure and City Assets. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />None. The City Council previously approved the funding for these projects. The projects <br />to be submitted to the 2021 OCTA FTIP update have completed construction and are <br />currently in project close out stages with funding reimbursements in progress.
